This Privacy Policy explains how Focus Pot ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Focus Pot mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

As you use the App, information is created and stored on your device, such as:

• focus sessions (Pomodoro timer records) you complete;
• flowers you grow and the flower bed (garden) layouts you design;
• categories you create and name to organize your focus sessions;
• app settings (such as sound, notification, language, and display preferences).

This information is stored locally on your device in an on-device database (SQLite). The App does not require an account, and we do not operate our own servers to store your focus, flower, or garden data.

If you use the in-app backup feature (Settings > Data > Export), your data is written to a file that stays under your control (for example, saved or shared through your device). This backup file includes everything you entered, such as category names. We do not receive or store exported files; once you share or move a file, keeping it secure is your responsibility.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically through third-party SDKs:

Firebase Analytics (Google):

• anonymous usage events only (for example: app launch, onboarding steps, focus session started/completed, and purchase funnel steps);
• device and app information (such as device model, OS version, app version, language/region, and an app instance identifier).

We send anonymous usage events only. We do not send personal information or free-text you enter in the App. For example, category names are never sent; we record only whether a category is set (a has_category true/false flag), not its contents.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google):

• crash reports and stability diagnostics;
• device and app state at the time of a crash (such as device model, OS version, app version, and logs needed to diagnose issues).
