These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Focus Pot mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About Focus Pot

Focus Pot is a Pomodoro focus timer app. As you focus, flowers grow and bloom; you collect flowers to build a flower dictionary of their meanings and design your own flower bed, while a cute pot character keeps you company. The App may offer optional paid features through subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the app store rules.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App, except where permitted by law;
• use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation;
• interfere with or disrupt the App or its security;
• use the App to harm others, harass, or engage in illegal or abusive behavior.

4. Your Data and Local Storage

The information created in the App (such as focus sessions, flowers, flower-bed layouts, categories, and settings) is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account, and we do not provide automatic cloud backup or synchronization at this time. The App provides a manual backup (Export) and Import feature so you can save your data to a file and transfer it to another device yourself. Importing a file replaces the data currently on the device. Exported files do not include your subscription status; purchases follow the app store rules described in Section 5. You are responsible for keeping any exported files secure, and for maintaining your own backups if you want to preserve your data.

We may collect limited technical and usage data through third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Focus Pot Pro, available as monthly and annual plans). Prices and billing terms are shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Your purchase is subject to the applicable store's payment terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. Any refund requests must be made through the relevant app store.
