Effective date: 2026/06/22
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Habitchi mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Habit-chi is a habit‑tracking and virtual companion app. The App helps you create habits, set reminders, and view progress. The App may offer optional paid features through subscriptions and one‑time purchases.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the app store rules.
You agree not to:
Most information you enter in the App (such as habits, reminders, and optional profile/username) is stored locally on your device. We do not provide automatic cloud backup or synchronization at this time. The App provides a manual export and import feature so you can save your data to a file and transfer it to another device yourself. Importing a file overwrites the data currently on the device. Exported files do not include your subscription status; purchases follow the app store rules described in Section 5. You are responsible for keeping any exported files secure, and for maintaining your own backups if you want to preserve your data.
We may collect limited technical and usage data through third‑party services as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may offer optional auto‑renewing subscriptions and/or other in‑app purchases. Prices and billing terms are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Your purchase is subject to the applicable store’s payment terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
Except where required by law, all fees are non‑refundable. Any refund requests must be made through the relevant app store.
